- Make it an experience year-round, not just in January.
- Overhaul the navigation to be user-focused instead of driven by the internal organization.
- Modernize the site's look and feel and reflect the excitement you get at the show.
- Make the entire experience—especially the Schedule—mobile-friendly, something it definitely wasn't at the time.
I went through site content, analytics, and looked to future plans for the show to develop topic categories which then became the basis for the new navigation.
